The student course evaluation process is coordinated by the Office of Institutional Analysis and Effectiveness. All courses taught by tenure track faculty and by adjunct faculty, regardless of departmental affiliation, are scheduled for evaluation each and every fall and spring semester.
Tenured faculty are evaluated in alternating fall and spring semesters. Departments are placed into two groups, and all tenured faculty in the department are evaluated in the semester indicated for that group. See below for additional details.
Student evaluations of summer session courses are scheduled based on the summer session. Faculty members teaching summer courses will be notified of the evaluation schedule by the Office of Institutional Analysis and Effectiveness.
