What OER/OA Course Materials are available other than complete texts?

OER and open access materials exist for course materials that are narrower in scope than a textbook or courseware for the course.  These partial course materials include lecture notes, book chapters, course materials and exercises for teaching specific topics, as well as syllabi, PowerPoint slides, test banks, etc.

Merlot is perhaps the best known repository of OER/OA partial course materials. The Merlot collection also includes complete texts.
